Edge City India runs October 11 to November 1 in Mandrem, North Goa, three weeks of co-living and co-creating alongside hundreds of curious, ambitious, high-agency people from around the world.

Now that you have your ticket, it’s time to book your accommodation. We’ve made that just as easy, so you have everything you need to get the most out of your Edge City India experience.

Key info & orientation

Here’s a quick guide to housing:

• Accommodation & your ticket: You’ll book your own room. It isn’t included with your ticket, but we’ve arranged partner rates and reserved blocks so you have great options.

• Our suggestion: Riva Beach Resort (book directly here) is the community hub, where most attendees stay. Longer stays get better rates, and the full three-week booking is the best value.

• On a budget? Join a residency, split a room with your cohort, or book the full three weeks for the lowest rate. Coordinate in the housing group.

• Find housemates: Join the Edge City India Housing & Visa Telegram group to coordinate with other attendees. Everyone’s welcome, whether you already have your ticket or you’re still planning your trip.

Riva Beach Resort: The Community Hub

Right on Mandrem Beach, walking distance to everything, and stocked with what you need for three weeks of building on the coast.

Pricing at Riva is tiered so the longer you stay, the lower your per-night rate. The goal is to make the full three weeks the best value for anyone committing to most or all of Edge City India.

Pricing (per room):

These are the INR rates quoted in the original housing announcement. Confirm current rates, availability, and occupancy with the booking team before paying.

• 1 night (short stay): ₹9,600 per night, ₹9,600 total

• 7 nights (weekly): ₹9,100 per night, ₹63,700 total

• 14 nights (extended): ₹8,800 per night, ₹1,23,200 total

• 21 nights (full stay): ₹8,650 per night, ₹1,81,650 total

Rooms are booked per room, at double occupancy, and Superior, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe all come in at the same rate. Each room fits 2 adults plus 2 kids under 12, or 3 adults, and prices already include GST.

Ways to reduce your costs

• Come with a residency and split a room. Cohort-based groups often book together and share double-occupancy rooms across two people.

• Share a room with a friend, partner, or family. Each Riva room fits 2 adults + 2 kids under 12, or 3 adults, so the per-person cost drops fast.

• Book more nights, not fewer. The per-night rate drops the moment you move past a short stay, from ₹9,600 at one night down to ₹9,100 once you book a full week.

• Book the full three weeks. The 21-night rate is the best value, and staying the full three weeks is the deepest way to experience the village.

• Find a room share on Telegram. Join the Edge City India Housing group to coordinate with other attendees looking to split a room at Riva.

If you prefer an Airbnb or VRBO we suggest you book one near Riva. Most of the community will be staying there, so you’ll still be close to everything while keeping your own space.

Getting there

• Sort your visa through Naytive. Edge City’s official visa partner Naytive can help with your application. Check the official Indian visa website for eligibility and requirements for your nationality and travel purpose.

• Fly into Manohar International Airport (GOX) in North Goa, roughly 40 to 60 minutes from Mandrem.

• Pre-arrange your airport transfer with your accommodation, or grab a taxi or ride-hailing app on arrival.

• Bring some cash (INR) for smaller vendors.

Find your housemates

Solo attendees, groups looking to fill a villa, and anyone wanting to coordinate can join the Edge City India Housing & Visa Telegram group or check the shared Community Housing sheet. Split villas, share rooms, or just find people going in your direction.
