Edge City India is a co-created village. The spaces, the programming, the energy of three weeks in Mandrem all come together because a crew of people decides to make it their own. They set up event spaces, welcome people at check-in, run the AV for evening salons, and somehow still make it to the sunrise workout on the beach.

Our volunteers are a core part of that crew. This is your invitation to be one of them.

Why volunteer?

Volunteers get more out of Edge City than almost anyone. You’ll be part of the setup, the daily rhythm, and every conversation about how the village runs. By week two, you’re the person everyone knows, because you’re woven into every part of how the village works.

You’ll also save on your ticket. Depending on the hours you put in, your ticket can be up to 100% off. This is our way of saying thank you for the care and time you bring to the village.

What you’ll do

You’ll join a small crew of volunteers who make Edge City India work. There are no special skills required. What we look for are people who are kind, reliable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

The main areas we need support:

• Operations (check-in, venue management at The Circle, day-to-day logistics)

• Community support (meal coordination, wellbeing programs, family programming)

• Creative programming (event logistics, workshop support, audio-visual setup)

• Setup and load-out (transforming our venues before the village opens and restoring them after)

Volunteering can start before the event kicks off. If you’re able to arrive a few days early to help with setup, that’s one of the most rewarding parts and a great way to bond with the team before the rest of the village shows up.

If you’re a Goa local or based in India, we would especially love to have you involved. This is part of our commitment to working with the community around us to make Edge City India as accessible as possible.

Commitments and ticket discounts

The village runs on contribution. For those ready to give more structured time, we offer ticket discounts based on weekly hours:

• 20 hours/week → 50% off your ticket

• 30 hours/week → 75% off your ticket

• Up to 40 hours/week → free ticket

We’ll help design a role around your availability and interests. Whether you have a few focused days or want to commit the full three weeks, there’s a place for you on this team.
